There are two types of people in life, one who accept defeat from the circumstances and walk with the crowd and the other who fly above the clouds, face the storms and make their own identity by facing every problem or issue i.e. eagle.
Now the question is who are you, a bird lost in the crowd or the eagle whose flight breaks the limits of the sky.
In today’s era, every student, every young professional, every dreamer wants quick success, respect and growth. But the problem is that our mindset is small and we look for shortcuts. We want to live in the comfort zone. We think that we don’t have resources, we don’t have luck, people don’t support us etc.
But the truth is that we don’t right mindset. Because mindset decides whether you will remain lost in the crowd or become an eagle and fly above everyone.
Do you know why the mindset of an eagle is so powerful?
Because it does not see the problem as a problem but makes it the launching pad of its flight. Where other birds hide from the storm, the eagle catches hold of the same storm and flies even higher
Why is eagle mindset important?
Think about it. When it rains, most birds hide in the trees, but a single eagle does not run away from the storm, rather it uses the same storm and flies higher than before.
Now the question is, have we been able to become like eagles in our lives or have we been hiding from every small difficulty out of fear till now?
Eagle is not just a bird, it is such a lesson of nature in which leadership is a lesson. There is discipline and clarity. Many cultures of the world have considered it a symbol of power and freedom. The national symbol of America is the eagle. The Roman Empire had eagles on its flags and many great civilizations considered it a symbol of strength and height because the eagle reminds us that a true leader is one who can fly above the crowd and face difficulties. But there is a catch here. Not everyone has the mindset of an eagle.
Most people fly in the crowd like crows and pigeons, safe, small and comfortable. But there are some people who like to fly alone like eagles. They do not run away from storms but make them a ladder.
Science tells us that our mind works the way we train it. If we consider challenges as a threat, then our mind goes into defense mode. We get scared, run away and get entangled in small problems. But if we learn to consider challenges as opportunities, then the mind automatically starts looking for solutions.
That is, the only difference is of perspective and this is the real power of eagle mindset. Everyone faces difficulties in life, the only difference is this. That some people get buried under those problems and some people make the same problems their wings and fly up.
Eagle mindset means considering every situation as an opportunity for growth.
What will be the action step for you?
Start a simple habit from today. Don’t call any challenge a problem. Call it a flight. For example, instead of saying that I have this problem, say that this is my next flight. You will see that the mind itself will start looking at that challenge from a new perspective.
But just calling challenges an opportunity is not enough. The real power of the eagle is its vision. It sees things so clearly that other birds cannot even think.
The power of foresight what is the biggest goal of your life?
If I suddenly ask you, will you have a very clear answer or will you take a few seconds to think? This is where the difference lies between a common man and a person with an eagle mindset.
The power of the eagle’s eyes is so sharp that it can see the prey sitting several kilometers away. But the real wonder is not just the quality of its eyes but its clarity. When it chooses a target, then for it every thing else becomes blurred, the sky, the wind, the other prey, everything is behind, only one thing is in front, his goal.
Now imagine if a person could see his life like this, there may be a million distractions but the eyes remain focused on only one dream, will achievement remain impossible?
You just have to understand this, research says that our brain notices the thing more on which we focus, this is called reticular activating system (RAS), which means if your vision is not clear, then the mind will pay attention to every small distraction and if your vision is crystal clear, then the same mind will ignore everything else.
The sharp vision of an eagle actually teaches us that clarity is not just the power to see but the power to train the mind. This is the difference between an average and an extraordinary person in life.
Average people want to do everything and hence cannot do anything, but those who have eagle vision are so focused on a big target that they do not even get shaken by the noise of the world.
So what do you have to do?
First, take out a notebook today and secondly, write on it only one biggest goal which you want to achieve in the next 5 to 10 years.
Third, write a simple line below it Everything else is secondary
Fourth, read it every morning and train your mind so that your mind filters out distractions by itself
The eagle’s vision taught us clarity, but have you noticed that the eagle wakes up alone most of the time Staying away from the crowd Embracing loneliness is his second biggest secret Friends, why are we working so hard because we understand that not everyone has the time or means to read a book Sometimes there is a shortage of money, sometimes of time, but knowledge is everyone’s right
Three Solitude and Independence The power to walk away from the crowd Have you ever noticed that the eagle does not always fly in a flock It prefers to fly alone At high altitudes, away from the crowd Now think, in our life too, when we walk with the crowd, we do not fly like them We think like them and take decisions like them but when we stand alone, then the real self discovery begins. If you look at pigeons or crows, they always fly in a flock.
